What started with a single truck and a handshake has grown — over three generations — into one of New York's most respected heavy haul transport companies. We've never changed our address. Three Generations
The Beginning
E.J. Davies Sr. founds the company in Astoria, Queens with a single truck hauling construction materials across New York City. A reputation for reliability is built load by load.
Union Affiliation
E.J. Davies joins Union Local 282 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, cementing our commitment to driver welfare, training standards, and professional excellence.
Second Generation
The second generation of the Davies family takes the helm, expanding the fleet to include flatbeds, step decks, and the company's first lowboy trailers. The territory grows beyond NYC.
Stretch & Oversize
Third generation leadership adds stretch trailer capability and oversize/overweight permit expertise, handling increasingly complex infrastructure and industrial projects across the Northeast.
